          • We love our kids! PBS Takes Action to fight Flu Virus

          • We love our kids! On 18 March 2020, PBS began disinfecting all the classrooms and work areas in the school as a frontline attack against infectious viruses, especially Covid-19. We will repeat the process every two weeks until the epidemic recedes.

          • Charlie's Light! Lets Stand Up for Downs on March 21st

            From the website:  "Charlie's Light" is a song written to express a father's gratitude by juxtaposing his own joy with the emptiness of those that struggle blindly without a guiding light. World Down Syndrome day is celebrated on March 21st to recognize the many contributions to our communities played by people with Down syndrome.           • Grade 7 Golf Highlights

          • Grade 7 had a great lesson at the Gombel Golf lesson this week with Turnberry Coach Kenny Macleod. The famous Turnberry Golf Resort is located in Scotland. Mr. Kenny has traveled all this way just to meet up with the PBS students again. The PBS Golf Clinic will continue throughtout the month of February.           • Golf Month Begins

          • Ms Kerry and PGA Pro Mr Gavin took grade 9 for their first golfing lesson at Gombel Golf Course. Indonesia's future golfing superstar could be in this photo!

          • No more USBN for SD

          • Indonesia has announced they will obtain graduation criteria directly from schools. Permata Bangsa School will submit data from the school examination result to Diknas which the government will use to award Grade 6 diplomas. At this point there will be still Examination Preparation classes for Grade 6 students. Beginning next week PBS Exam Prep will continue to be offered as Extra Curricular Activities.

            Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengumumkan akan menggunakan kriteia kelulusan langsung dari sekolah. Untuk itu, Permata Bangsa School akan menyerahkan data hasil ujian sekolah kepada Diknas Pendidikan yang akan digunakan untuk mengisi nilai ijazah kelulusan SD. Maka dari itu mulai minggu depan kegiatan Persiapan Ujian akan tetap diadakan untuk siswa kelas VI dalam bentuk ekskul.

          • Reading Time

          • We read various story books during Reading Time. We do not only read but also discuss and share what we read including its plot and its moral message. We love reading.

          • SPK SD Permata Bangsa School Terakreditasi A

          • Setelah melewati proses akreditasi sekolah Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama (SPK)  pada awal bulan Desember 2019 yang lalu, SPK SD Permata Bangsa School mendapat predikat terakreditasi A. Selamat kepada seluruh siswa, staf, guru dan orang tua yang terlibat dalam proses tersebut. 

          • PBS Alumni's Visit

          • Ammar and Agga visited PBS on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Ammar is currently a student at the International Program of Diponegoro University Semarang. He takes Communication as his major. Agga is a student at Accounting Department of  the International Program of Gajah Mada University in Jogjakarta. Good luck boys! Thanks for your visit.
